Limited website permission

By accessing or using the public pages of ifinityagentz.co.uk, you accept these Website Terms. IFINITY LIMITED gives you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable permission to:

• view public pages in an ordinary web browser;
• make temporary browser copies needed to display those pages;
• submit accurate information through a public form to request information, a demo, a quote or a reply; and
• receive and use our reply for evaluating whether to continue a conversation with iFINITY.

No fee is charged for this website permission. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the public forms.

No AgentZ product licence

These Website Terms do not licence or supply the AgentZ product. They do not grant rights in the AgentZ desktop application, plugin, recipes, installers, APIs, customer-system connections, documentation supplied under licence, or any iMIS data. Product evaluation, purchase, installation, access and use require the separate written licence, order, contract or entitlement applicable to that customer. Submitting a form does not create a product contract, commit either party to a transaction, or oblige iFINITY to provide access.

Unless a page states otherwise, the original website text, design, graphics, code and arrangement are © 2026 IFINITY LIMITED. All rights are reserved. iFINITY, iFINITY AgentZ and associated logos are names or marks used by IFINITY LIMITED. Third-party names and material remain the property of their respective owners.

You may not reproduce, republish, sell, license, scrape, create a dataset from, frame, adapt or commercially exploit site material without prior written permission, except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Acceptable use

You must not interfere with the site, evade access controls or rate limits, introduce malicious code, probe for vulnerabilities without written authorisation, submit false or unlawful information, impersonate another person, infringe rights, or use automated means to harvest content or personal information. Responsible security reports should follow our security policy.

Availability and information

Public information is provided for general business evaluation. We aim to keep it accurate but may change, suspend or withdraw pages without notice. Nothing on the public site is professional, legal, financial or iMIS implementation advice. Any pricing, capability or availability statement remains subject to written confirmation in the applicable product agreement. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Your form submissions

You keep ownership of information you submit. You give IFINITY LIMITED only the limited permission needed to receive, store, review and communicate that information for the request you made, service security and legal compliance. Do not submit confidential information that is unnecessary for the enquiry, third-party personal information without authority, or material you do not have the right to provide.

Our Privacy notice explains how public-site information is used and retained. These Website Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you.
