Online checkout flow

Standard iMIS package

Best for Starter or straightforward Professional deployments where the client is buying AgentZ for its own iMIS environment.

  • Choose the package and named AI Hub users.
  • Accept the standard subscription terms during checkout.
  • Pay through a Stripe-backed checkout or approved invoice flow when enabled.
  • Proceed to onboarding, API readiness, and download access.

Managed or larger deployment

Best for Professional Plus, Enterprise, consultants, authorised service providers, multi-environment use, or clients with specific procurement requirements.

  • Confirm iMIS environments, departments, users, and support expectations.
  • Handle ASI API, Claude, data protection, and governance prerequisites.
  • Agree onboarding, training, rollout phases, and any special terms.
  • Complete by proposal, email, and purchasing contract.

What customers should expect before go-live.

AgentZ is useful quickly, but production use still needs the basics to be in place.

iMIS access

A supported iMIS environment and a named person who owns the data and permissions.

ASI API

The required ASI API entitlement or licence handled separately from the AgentZ subscription.

Claude users

An appropriate Claude plan for each named AI Hub user, normally Team Standard or above for production.

Onboarding

A focused setup process covering users, use cases, permissions, and safe first workflows.

Plain-English terms summary. AgentZ is an annual business subscription for named users. Standard orders use standard terms in the checkout or purchasing flow. Larger, consultant, service-provider, or non-standard deployments are confirmed in writing before access is issued.
